Setup Dates and Times

• Saturday, February 27, 2010, Set-up 3 PM - 9 PM
• Sunday, February 28, 2010, Set-up 6 AM - 8 AM; Doors open at 8 AM, close at 4 PM.

Pricing

By popular demand, the tables this year at Winterfest will be eight feet long. In years past we have only had six-foot tables. The price for tables in the main exhibit area will be $25 per table.

Electrical Outlets

Electrical outlets will be available ONLY AT TABLES ALONG THE OUTER WALLS. We are unable to provide electrical power for the tables in the center portion of the gym. If you need AC power, you must reserve tables along the outer walls. These are marked as Groups A, E, F, and G in the table map. You will need to bring your own extension cables.

Reserving Tables

Please reserve your tables by filling out the information below. Select your tables by Group and Table Number (see map of the Winterfest hall/gymnasium, above). If the table is marked by either a red or green dot, it has already been reserved. Choose tables that don't have a dot. If you have questions or need additional information, contact tablesales2010@viennawireless.org or by telephone at (phone number TBD).

Within a day or so of your registration, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and providing payment information. Payment must be received by February 10, 2010, which is two weeks before the event. Tables that have not been paid for by this date may be re-sold.
